Kimiyya da Fasaha a Kasashen Musulmi (8)

Kamar makonnin baya, za mu ci gaba da fassarar maqalar Farfesa Jim Al-Khalili, wanda qwararre ne a fannin nazarin kimiyyar Fiziyar Nukiliya (Theoritical Nuclear Physics) a Jami’ar Surrey dake qasar Burtaniya.  Mai fassara shi ne Malam Muddassir S. Abdullahi, kamar yadda bayani ya gabata a makonnin baya.  A sha karatu lafiya.

A cikin shekarar 1997, yayin da qasar Jamus ta yanke shawarar kawo qarshen cibiyar bincikenta na kimiyya mai suna “BESSY”, sai ta yanke shawarar ba wa cibiyar SESAME dukkanin injina da sauran na’urorinta kyauta.  Cikin xan qanqanin lokaci kuwa aka kammala katafaren aikin qarqashin kulawar UNESCO a yankin da ake kira da Allan, na Balqa dake qasar Jodan. Wannan ba qaramin qalubale ba ne ga qasar duba da yadda qasashen dake maqwabtaka da ita kullum ke gogayya wajen ganin kowa shi ne a kan gaba a duniyar Ilimin kimiyya da fasahar qere-qere. Vangarorin binciken da ake yi a wannan katafariyar cibiyar binciken kimiyya da fasaha sun qunshi vangaren Materials Science, da Molecular Biology, da Nanotechnology, da X-ray Imaging, da Archeological Analysis, da kuma Clinical Medical Applications.  Gamayyar qasashen dake cikin wannan cibiya, bayan qasar Jordan (a shekarar 2008) ta haxa da Isra’ila, da Palasxinu, da Masar, da Turkiyya, da Iran, da Pakistan, da Bahrain, da kuma Cyprus. Kullum qasashen dake shigowa tafiyar na qara qaruwa. Tafiya ta miqa!

Me Muka Tanadar wa Gobe? 

Yaya makomar qasashen Musulmai take a vangaren binciken kimiyya da fasaha da sauran qere-qere? Abu ne a bayyanan qarara cewa binciken kimiyya ba ya ko gusawa daga inda yake ba tare da tallafin maqudan kuxaxe ba.   Sai dai kuma, shigowa fagen dagar wannan duniyar mai cike da qalubale a vangaren bai tsaya kaxai ga sayo galla-gallan na’urorin binciken kimiyya da sauran Injina ba, a’a, lamarin ya wuce haka. Shi wannan aiki tamkar abun nan da Bahaushe ke cewa ne “Hannu xaya ba ya xaukar jinka”. Dolen-dole sai an samar da mahallin da zai ba wa jijiyoyin bishiyar wannan gagaruman ayyuka isasshen ruwa mai tsaftar da zai sa ‘ya’yan bishiyoyin sakamakon waxannan binciken kimiyya da fasaha a waxannan qasashen na Musulmai suyi yabanya da ‘ya’ya da ganyayyaki shar don masu zuwa nan gaba su tsinka su kuma amfana.

Wannan ya haxa da samar da qwararrun waxanda za su jagoranci aikin tun daga masu kula da sanya idanu a kan na’urorin gwaje-gwaje da makamantansu, da kuma uwa-uba sakarwa masana kimiyyar dake qasashen Musulman ‘yancin tunani da tattauna ra’ayoyi mabambanta, da kuma damar rashin karvar kowane sakamakon bincike ba tare da an niqe shi ba har sai ya tabbatar da abin da gwaje-gwajen kimiyya da yawa suka haqqaqe.  Wato dai, cire makauniyar biyayya a fagen iliman kimiyya da fasaha, da kuma su kan su sakamakon idan sun fita, dole a rika tsatse su da qalqale su kafin a karve su hannu bibbiyu.  Waxannan na daga ginshiqan turakunan da za su haifar da bunqasar cigaban kimiyya da fasaha da sauran cigaba a qasashen Musulman.  Wannan juyin-juya-halin ba wai lokaci guda zai faru ba, kuma ba iya qarfin iko na shugabanni ne kaxai za su samar da shi ba, a’a, dole akwai buqatar gane da cikakkiyar fahimtar ma takamaimai mene ne ‘yancin duniyar ilimi da kuma matakai da minhaji na gudanar da bincike da nazarce-nazarce a kimiyya, wato, “Scientific method”. Abun tazgaron shi ne, wannan ba iya qasashen Musulmai ya tsaya ba, har ma da na Yamma.

Matuqar qasashen Musulmai basu samar da juyin-juya-hali da kawo sauyi a vangaren minhajin gudanar da tsarin tarbiyyar al’ummarsu wajen qwaqwa da zafin qishirwar neman sani da ilimi da kuma bincike ba a vangaren kimiyya da fasaha da fasahar qere-qere, wato abin nan da ake kira da “Cultural Renaissance”, to kuwa iya saye-saye da zuba na’urorin bincike da na gwaje-gwaje na zamani, ko kuma bibbinnewa da girka manya-manyan na’urorin bincike da makamantansu.  Dole ne a dasawa zuciyoyin xan adam da tunaninsa xabi’ar jajircewa na son sanin abubuwan da bai sani ba ko suka vuya a gare shi, ta hakan ne kaxai zai iya kaiwa ga sanin ciki da bai na duniyar da yake zaune da rayuwa a ciki.  Ddomin ko dai ya gano girma da qasaita da buwaya ta mahallicinsa ne, ko kuma dai kawai domin ya gamsar da qishirwar da ta addabe shi ta qwaqwa da sanin mene ne asalin abubuwan da yake gani yau da gobe a wannan duniyar da ma waxanda ba ya iya gani; daga ina suka zo, da dai sauran amsoshin tambayoyi irin waxannan.
